Let's Talk About Pets!
At Tri-City Subaru, we believe in helping pets who need love the most. It's one of the core principles of the Subaru Loves Pets™ initiative - our ongoing commitment to helping all pets find perfect, loving homes. Tri-City Subaru is proud to help those efforts during Subaru Loves Pets month.
For years, Tri-City Subaru has supported local animal shelters and provided resources to help these wonderful animals find their furever families.
This year we are proud to partner with Grammy Rose Dog Rescue & Sanctuary. For every dog adopted during the month of October, we will donate $100 to Grammy Rose Dog Rescue & Sanctuary. In addition we will be collecting supplies from their wish list to assist in care of the dogs in residence.
About Our Partner Shelter
Grammy
Rose Dog Rescue & Sanctuary located in Acton Maine is grateful to be
partnering with Tri-City Subaru during the month of October for the Subaru Loves Pets Event. Grammy Rose Dog Rescue & Sanctuary mission
is to rescue adoptable dogs from euthanasia and provide them with quality care
in a unique homelike setting as we work to match them with forever families, to
provide the local community with employment, volunteer and recreational
opportunities including an on-campus ice cream
shop and mini golf course whose proceeds support the rescue's operations, and
to partner with service organizations to create mutually beneficial dog care
experiences.
In their second full year
of operation, they have saved over 400 adoptable dogs' lives and
have successfully facilitated over 375 adoptions to local families. With over 135 local
volunteers who visit the rescue regularly to help us care for the dogs, and as
a 100% donor-funded organization they appreciate any and all financial support to continue our important mission.
"We're focused on making the most of the Subaru Loves Pets Event and especially of Tri-City Subaru's generosity. We will be bringing in lots of amazing, adoptable dogs during the month include a special "freedom flight" of adoptable dogs from St. Thomas in the Caribbean as well as great dogs from our rescue partners in Texas, Louisiana and elsewhere. They will be having special events and activities throughout the month - visit their 63-acre campus to see our Maine-inspired dog cabins in which rescue dogs from all over prepare for their next best life here in New England with their new families and visit the welcome center that features a gift shop and a museum-quality display that shares the history and story of how the rescue came to be. The campus also features ample play parks for the pups as well as miles of wooded hiking trails for dog hikes.

More Ways to Love Pets
Getting involved is easy. We know your phone is full of photos of your furry friends…ours, too. All you have to do is post! Throughout the month of October, post a public photo or video of your pet on Facebook, Instagram, X, or TikTok using the hashtag #SNELovesPets. In celebration of 10 years of helping our furry friends through #SNELovesPets, we're pledging $10 per unique post to give every post more power! Our goal is to hit a total 15,000 (or more!) pet posts using #SNELovesPets, which will ensure each shelter receives $6,250!
For Subaru of New England, this campaign is about more than just raising funds - it's about spreading the word for the animals we love. With your help, we can raise awareness and make sure shelter pets get the care, love, and forever homes they deserve.
