Tri-City Subaru
is Committed to Our Community
At Tri-City Subaru, our Love Promise Community Commitment is more than just a pledge; it's the heart of everything we do. We believe in giving back to the community that has supported us over the years, and we strive to make a positive impact through various programs and initiatives. From random acts of kindness to organized events, our dedication to the community is unwavering and deeply rooted in our core values.

Subaru Loves to Help
Providing comfort, hope, and confidence to children in urgent need.
At Tri-City, we are committed to helping those in need. That's why we were proud to support Operation Warm, in February, donating shoes and socks to over local 50 children with the help of CAPSC. Operation Warm is a national nonprofit that manufactures brand-new, high-quality coats and shoes for children in need. They provide emotional warmth, confidence to socialize and succeed, and hope of a brighter future by using the gift as a catalyst for community connection.
We collected new and gently worn coats, jackets, and other winter gear to help those in need stay warm throughout the winter season. Thanks to our wonderful employees and amazing customers for helping to make this event a huge success! Once again with the help of CAPSC, the coats and other winter gear will be going to the Family Resource Center to directly help the local families enrolled in the program.

Subaru Loves the Earth
At Subaru, we believe what we leave behind is a reflection of who we are. That's why for over two decades, Subaru has been committed to leaving a legacy of protecting and conserving the earth for future generations. Along with our retailers across the country, Subaru works to reduce waste, conserve resources, and preserve natural spaces - taking real, meaningful steps to achieve these goals.
To support the places Subaru and our owners love most, Subaru is the largest corporate donor to the National Park Foundation and has donated over $72 million to organizations working to conserve our national parks. In addition to helping the national parks recycle and compost over 22 million pounds of waste so far, we have also helped replant more than 1 million trees.
Now more than ever, Subaru is in constant pursuit of opportunities that will protect our planet for the future. With upcoming initiatives that include expanding our zero-emission and electric vehicle lineup to eight vehicles by around 2029 and exploring innovative new ways to make a difference, we're keeping our eyes on the road ahead to protect the environment for generations to come.

Subaru Loves to Care
Approximately every three minutes, a person in the U.S. is
diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, or myeloma. The recovery can be long and
often leaves them feeling weak, cold, and isolated. At Subaru, we believe we
all should have a chance to lead a healthy life.
Through our Love Promise and Subaru Loves to Care® initiative, Subaru and our
retailers partner with LLS and our local hospital or cancer treatment center
to give warm blankets, patient care kits to support patients
facing cancer.
Through Subaru Loves to Care, we focus on health and wellness within our community. We organize blood drives, support cancer patients with care packages, and collaborate with local hospitals to provide necessary resources. Our Annual 5k run is another way we promote health and bring the community together for a cause, with proceeds often benefiting medical research or patient support programs.

Subaru Loves Learning
Education is a cornerstone of a thriving community, and through our Loves Learning program, we actively support local schools. We partner with Adopt a Classroom.org to provide teachers with the resources they need to create enriching learning environments. During Teacher Appreciation Week, we honor educators with special gifts and recognition, acknowledging their vital role in shaping future generations.
Millions of students in high-needs schools lack the supplies and learning materials they need to be successful in the classroom. In fact, 92% of classrooms have students whose families cannot afford to purchase any school supplies for their children, often requiring teachers to purchase resources using their own money.

Subaru Loves Pets
According to the ASPCA®, each year approximately 6.3 million
companion animals enter shelters. At Subaru, we believe all pets deserve to
find loving homes.
At Tri-City Subaru, we believe in helping pets who need love the most. It's one of the core principles of the Subaru Loves Pets™ initiative - our ongoing commitment to helping all pets find perfect, loving homes. Tri-City Subaru is proud to help those efforts during Subaru Loves Pets month. New for 2024, retailer support will provide funding directly to their shelter partners through a grant administered by the ASPCA.
Our love for animals is evident in our partnership with the Pope Memorial Humane Society. We support this organization through donations, volunteering, and adoption events, helping to find loving homes for pets and ensuring they receive the care they need.

Subaru Share the Love
Over $288 million donated to charity.
Over the last 16 years, through the Subaru Share the Love® Event, Subaru and our participating retailers have donated more than $288 million to charity, with customers choosing between four national charities and nearly 2,300 hometown charities.
In addition, Tri-City has supported End 68 for several years thru the Share The Love campaign and this donation of over $25,000 put the total donated amount at over $150,000! For those who are not familiar with End 68 Hours of Hunger, they are a public not-for-profit effort to confront the approximately 68 hours of hunger that some school children experience between the free lunch they receive at school on Friday afternoon and the free breakfast they receive at school on Monday morning. This is a great cause because no child should go hungry!
Our Commitment to the Love Promise
At Tri-City Subaru, our Love Promise Community Commitment is about making a difference, one act of kindness at a time. We are dedicated to building a stronger, more compassionate community, and we invite you to join us in these efforts. Together, we can create a brighter future for everyone. We stive to demonstrate a steadfast dedication to ourlocal community, actively engage in charitable initiatives and provide resources to initiatives in need of support, through volunteerism and drives. Through partnerships with various organizations, we extend our support to those in need, fostering a culture of compassion and generosity. Our commitment goes beyond selling cars; it's about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
