2019 Subaru Share The Love Event Results


I dropped off the food from the Share the Love Food Drive for End 68 Hours of Hunger. A special thanks to our customers and employees for helping us Pack the Outback. Tri-City Subaru Loves to Care! Tri-City Subaru Loves to Help! We didn't want to stop here, so we are officially a drop off spot for donations for all of 2019. We have had many folks come in with food donations and a few others who donated a few bucks and we will do the shopping for them. Help us feed our local children.

For over 50 years, Tri-City has played an active role in serving our local community. As a New England family dealership, nothing is more important to us. This year Tri-City Subaru in Somersworth, NH has selected End 68 Hours of Hunger as its local charity of choice for Subaru's annual, "Share the Love" campaign.

From NOVEMBER 15th, 2018 to JANUARY 2nd, 2019, Tri-City Subaru customers who bought or leased a new Subaru had the option of directing a $250 donation to End 68 Hours of Hunger or a national charity of the customer's choice from Subaru of America. 

Tri-City Subaru believes and participates in the philanthropic spirit of Subaru. Partnering with End 68 Hours of Hunger allows Tri-City to actively help put an end to childhood hunger in America, one school at a time! End 68 Hours of Hunger is a private, not-for-profit, effort to confront the approximately 68 hours of hunger that some school children experience between the free lunch they receive at school on Friday and the free breakfast they receive at school on Monday. 100% of every single dollar contributed to End 68 Hours of Hunger goes directly to the purchase of food. If you would also like to support End 68 Hours of Hunger, you can observe the list of the most frequently donated food items that you can donate anytime.

Nationally, the Share The Love program is entering its tenth year and is hoping to exceed $115 million donated throughout the life of the program to charitable organizations across the country. Customers have the choice of directing their donation to a national charity or to a hometown charity selected by the local Subaru retailer. The National Charities include ASPCA, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Meals On Wheels America, the National Park Foundation and in the case of Tri-City Subaru, End 68 Hours of Hunger will be listed as their hometown charity of choice.

This year Tri-City Subaru in Somersworth, NH has selected the Southeast Land Trust of NH (SELT) as its local charity of choice for Subaru's annual, "Share the Love" campaign.

Nationally, the Share The Love program is entering its tenth year and is hoping to exceed $115 million donated throughout the life of the program to charitable organizations across the country. Customers have the choice of directing their donation to a national charity or to a hometown charity selected by the local Subaru retailer. The National Charities include ASPCA, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Meals On Wheels America, the National Park Foundation and in the case of Tri-City Subaru, SELT will be listed as their hometown charity of choice.  

From NOVEMBER 16th, 2017 to JANUARY 2nd, 2018, Tri-City Subaru customers who bought or leased a new Subaru had the option of directing a $250 donation to SELT or a national charity of the customer's choice from Subaru of America. With the help of our customers and the support of Subaru of America, Tri-City Subaru was able to direct $29,346 to SELT in support of the Stonehouse Forest Project in Barrington NH. 

Tri-City Subaru believes and participates in the philanthropic spirit of Subaru. Partnering with SELT allows Tri-City to actively preserve and protect the beautiful lands around us for wildlife, recreation and generations to come.Tri-City has elected to focus its efforts with SELT on the Stonehouse Pond area in Barrington NH and the newly acquired 1,500 acre parcel adjacent to it. Tri-City has committed to a long term financial agreement as well as active volunteer days to help preserve the land and manage its recreational use under the guidance of the SELT property managers.
