I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Tri-City Subaru deserves recognition. Buying a car can be overwhelming and after a few not so pleasant experiences at other dealerships, I finally ended up at Tri-City Subaru in Somersworth. This dealership has a very different environment. They are friendly, helpful and patient. Melissa was the best salesperson I've come across. She has a sincerely warm personality, she listened and made the whole process easy for me. Andy, the sales manager, took the time to talk with me and thoroughly answer all of my questions. Benjamin walked me through the process of financing. He listened to exactly what I wanted and worked hard to make it happen. They made me feel like my car purchase was as important to them as it was for me.
